The Stokes Singers Summer concert on 27th June 2015 was a great success. On a lovely summer evening a large audience were entertained by the choir and indiviual members performing a selection of songs about places around the world. The programme included:

The audience were invited to join the choir in singing three well known songs: White Cliffs of Dover, It's Long Way to Tipperary and Lambert Walk which they did with gusto.
Our nominated charity this year was Great Western Air Ambulance and we were delighted that our concert raised £428.00 to help support this great organisation providing emergency support to our local area. Thank you to the audience and choir who contributed generously.

A great evening was enjoyed by choir and audience alike and we are all looking forward to our next big event - the Christmas Concert on Friday 11th December at St Chad's Church, Patchway.
